Blacklist

"Blacklist" is the list of SL residents who will never receive an invitation from SmartBots.

Adding names to blacklist

To add resident to blacklist, locate the desired SL group and click on the "inviter blacklist" link.

The blacklist appears. Simply enter the resident's name and click the "Proceed" button.

Protecting your group against spammers

The most powerful measure agains spammer is to eject him from the group. However, if your group has open enrollment, the abuser will join again in a minute.

To protect your group chat, close the group enrollment and invite new members only using SmartBots Interfaces.

Every time you eject spammer, add him to the blacklist and he never join again.
